It’s a Justin Bieber CPA website, it’s extremely blackhat so be careful. The person has to complete an offer to unlock Justin’s phone number and email. After that, there’s an optional optin page where they can enter their email to have Justin “contact them” which was coded by CHAFO on the IRC. Overall the project took a few hours, and it’s a decent concept.
